The Assam Administrative Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate disputes in respect of certain conditions of service of certain classes of Civil Servants of the State, but does not include :

1. Services under the Guwahati High Court
2. Services under the Assam Legislative Assembly
3. Services under the Assam Public Service Commission
4. All India Services and other Civil Services of the Indian Union.
